Born in Canada and raised on the family farm in rural Vermont, family values were instilled in Mark early on as the oldest of ten children.  Mark went on to proudly serve his country as a United States Marine.  Mark translated the values instilled in him as a child and in the military as he began his career and established the Hardy Insurance Agency.

Mark built the Hardy Insurance Agency on the core values of Trust, Commitment and Family.  And now, Mark celebrates his 46th year providing Fairfax and Northern Virginia with trusted insurance expertise to provide protection and minimize risk for families and businesses alike.

Mark is proud of his loyal staff and the expertise and commitment to loyalty they demonstrate each and every day as they advise clients on how best to protect their family and their business.  He is especially proud of his daughter Stacey Hardy who carries on the family legacy as she takes over the reins of the Hardy Insurance Agency.  Mark is confidant with Stacey at the helm the Hardy Insurance Agency’s commitment to the Fairfax community will continue for decades to come.

Away from the office you will find Mark on the golf course.  He loves traveling the country with family and friends in pursuit of golf.

Stacey loves spending time with family and friends, preferably at the beach.  She loves exploring new restaurants, playing tennis, cooking and is always working on a craft project.

Katy Torre proudly begins her tenth year with The Hardy Insurance Agency.  The Hardy Insurance Agency’s core values of Trust, Commitment and Family were the perfect fit for Katy as she moved to Fairfax from Naples, Florida.  Katy is dedicated to her business clients and works hard to customize a plan to protect their business now and into the future.

Katy and her husband are the proud parents of two children.  Their daughter in college and son in high school keep the family busy.

Esmie Wright has been providing insurance expertise to her loyal clients for over thirty years.  Before joining the Hardy Insurance Agency, Esmie ran a successful independent agency in Falls Church.  Her dedication to her clients shines through as they followed her to the Hardy Insurance Agency.  She provides her clients with the protection they need for their family and their small business.

Away from the agency, Esmie loves to travel and spend time with her large, loving, extended family.

Jessica Hernandez insurance career started with the Hardy Insurance Agency over seven years ago.  Born and raised in Guatemala, Jessica’s professional career began as a teacher and then a small business owner.  This experience easily transitioned Jessica into the insurance industry.  Jessica has built a loyal clientele of families and business owners by providing them with her insurance expertise and educating them on the insurance products needed to protect their family and business.

In 2013, I began working at my father’s agency, where I gained valuable insights and hands-on experience. This experience provided me with a deep understanding of the industry and allowed me to develop crucial skills in client relationship management and risk assessment. After dedicating myself to being a stay-at-home mom for 4.5 years, I have recently returned to the insurance field, eager to apply my expertise and make a meaningful contribution once again! What truly excites me about my work is the opportunity to help clients. Knowing that I can provide individuals and businesses with the protection and peace of mind, they deserve motivates me every day.
