I grew up in Dallas, Texas, and am currently based in Monterrey, Nuevo León. I have a bit over a year of experience in the insurance industry, with a background in personal lines auto insurance. Before stepping into my current role, I worked as a personal lines auto insurance adjuster, where I gained valuable hands-on experience that I now bring to my work as a commercial lines assistant.
I also studied psychology, which has given me a unique perspective when it comes to problem-solving and working with others. What I enjoy most about my role is being able to use my previous experience to navigate different situations, solve problems, and support commercial clients with their unique needs. I’m excited to continue growing my knowledge and experience within commercial lines.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom who loves spending time with my daughter. When I have some free time, you can usually find me listening to music, reading a good book, or keeping up with some of my favorite sports, including UFC, NFL, and soccer. Giving back is also important to me, and my daughter and I enjoy volunteering together by delivering food to families waiting outside local hospitals and supporting local stray animal rescue efforts whenever we can.
