Born in Canada and raised on the family farm in rural Vermont, family values were instilled in Mark early on as the oldest of ten children. Mark went on to proudly serve his country as a United States Marine. Mark translated the values instilled in him as a child and in the military as he began his career and established the Hardy Insurance Agency.
Mark built the Hardy Insurance Agency on the core values of Trust, Commitment and Family. And now, Mark celebrates his 46th year providing Fairfax and Northern Virginia with trusted insurance expertise to provide protection and minimize risk for families and businesses alike.
Mark is proud of his loyal staff and the expertise and commitment to loyalty they demonstrate each and every day as they advise clients on how best to protect their family and their business. He is especially proud of his daughter Stacey Hardy who carries on the family legacy as she takes over the reins of the Hardy Insurance Agency. Mark is confidant with Stacey at the helm the Hardy Insurance Agency’s commitment to the Fairfax community will continue for decades to come.
Away from the office you will find Mark on the golf course. He loves traveling the country with family and friends in pursuit of golf.
